Refund Policy

💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cleaning Services:

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: No charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: 50% fee applies.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full charge.

Management Services:

  • Monthly property management packages require 30 days’ notice for cancellation.

  • No partial refunds for mid-month cancellations unless otherwise agreed.

Custom Work / Prepaid Services:

  • Non-refundable once work has begun unless a clear service failure occurs. We’ll always aim to resolve any issues fairly.
