Cleaning Services:

Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: No charge.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: 50% fee applies.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full charge.
Management Services:

Monthly property management packages require 30 days’ notice for cancellation.

No partial refunds for mid-month cancellations unless otherwise agreed.
Custom Work / Prepaid Services:

Non-refundable once work has begun unless a clear service failure occurs. We’ll always aim to resolve any issues fairly.
