By using the services of Laurens Lodges, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Services Provided:
    Laurens Lodges offers cleaning, laundry, and property management services specifically for holiday lodges. Services may be one-off or ongoing, as agreed in writing or via booking confirmation.

  2. Bookings & Payments:
    All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in paused services.

  3. Client Responsibilities:
    Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property and informing us of any specific cleaning instructions, hazards, or security arrangements.

  4. Cancellations:
    Please see our cancellation policy below for terms relating to schedule changes or cancellations.

  5. Liability:
    While we take every care in delivering our services, Laurens Lodges is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, general wear and tear, or faulty fixtures.

  6. Changes to Terms:
    We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
